Cambridgeshire Cineworld directions for using promotional code
On receiving the code the recipient would need to visit the Cineworld website, www.cineworld.co.uk select the their local cinema from the drop down menu, and select the film and date & time they wish to visit/view.
Please note the promotional codes are not valid for 3D films.
Clicking the viewing time for the film selected on the website will take the recipient through to the booking page where the recipient will need to select the ticket type they require and input the promotional code in the designated area.
The recipient would then need to input their details and provide debit card details for identification purposes. No monies will be deducted from the card.
Once the request has been processed, the recipient can then collect their ticket, using the card they registered whilst redeeming the code, from either the ATM machines situated at the cinema or direct from the box office.
You will see there is normally a fee when tickets are purchased on line, the codes we provide you with will be exempt from this charge.
If the recipient wishes to purchase any further tickets in the same transaction as they redeem their code then they will be asked to pay a fee on those extra tickets.

What is a promo code?
A code will allow customers to benefit from the relevant valid promotion currently being run in relation to Cineworld Cinemas.
Where can I use my promo code?
The codes are for use exclusively online and cannot be redeemed at sites.
Can I gain a refund of my promo code?
A refund/reactivation of a promotional code is not available once the purchase has been confirmed. Once the voucher has been used it will become invalid.
Can I change my tickets once I?ve used a promotional code?
Codes only become invalid on confirmation of booking. If you change the number of tickets after you have entered a valid code, but before you have confirmed the booking, the code will remain valid, however you will be required to re-enter it.
My code appears to be invalid, what could the problem be?
There are a numberThere are a number of reasons that this may be the case:
1. The code has been entered incorrectly
2. The code has previously been used and is therefore invalid
3. The code is not valid on that particular performance, or at that particular site
– please refer to the exclusions you received with the code.
4. The code has expired, again please check the original communication
Why do I require a credit card when there is no value on my transaction?
Even if your transaction is at a zero value we still require a credit card to confirm identity when printing from the ATM machine at your local Cineworld. In this case no charge would be applied to your card.
How can I obtain a promo code?

Can I apply more than one promo code per purchase?
This depends on the promotion. In most instances you may apply more than one promo code per booking ? but not to the same ticket.
Will I still have to pay the additional fee applied when purchasing my tickets online?

How long is my promo code valid?
Vouchers are valid until 31 December 2010.
Is my promo code valid for 3D movies or alternative content?
The code will not be valid for 3D performances or alternative content.
Can I use Orange Wednesday with a promo code?
No, Orange Wednesday can only be used at site, and promotional codes are only available online. You cannot combine the two offerings.
Can I use my Unlimited Card with a promo code?
No, at present Unlimited Cards cannot be used to book tickets online.
