If you’re aged 16-24 and you complete and return a test between 25 January and 22 March 2010 you’ll receive a free cinema voucher. Request a test by texting SCREEN to 84010 with your name, address, age and sex, or click here. We’ll text you with a code for your free voucher,or you can request a paper voucher instead.
Offer limited to one cinema voucher per person and applies to Cambridgeshire residents only.
Terms and conditions for Cinema voucher promotion
To be eligible to receive a Cinema voucher/promotional code you must be: 1) between the age of 16-24yrs; 2) reside in Cambridgeshire ; and 3) have completed and returned a Chlamydia screen test requested through the www.cambstakeatest.com, www.freetest.me website or any service offering Chlamydia screening through our programme across Cambridgeshire.
The promotion will run between 25th January and 22nd March in Cambridgeshire.
A full postcode, date of birth and contact information must be included on the test request form to ensure your participation in the voucher promotion.
The Cambridgeshire Chlamydia Screening Office will issue a Cineworld Cinema promotional code to the first 4000 people that satisfy the three criteria outlined above starting on the 25th January 2010.
The voucher code will be emailed/text/posted to the person whose name and address is included on the Chlamydia screening test request form. This will be sent within two weeks of receiving your result from the Chlamydia test.
The Cinema promotional codes provided will be to Cineworld and will be purchased by NHS Cambridgeshire for the purpose of this promotion. The promotional code can be used at any Cineworld except in the West End. Please note the promotional codes are not valid for 3D films.
The promotion will end either when all vouchers have been allocated or on the 22nd March 2010.
Only one Cinema voucher/promotional code will be issued per person during this time.
Employees and relatives of employees of NHS Cambridgeshire, Cambridgeshire Community Services and NHS Peterborough are not eligible to take part in the Cinema voucher promotion.
Privacy
The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Chlamydia Screening Programme will not pass any personal details obtained from participants in the Cinema Voucher Promotion to any organisation and those receiving vouchers will not be publically announced.
The Health Protection Agency do count how many people in England have Chlamydia and we will send the Health Protection Agency anonymised test results, this does not reveal details of participant’s names or contact details though.

The first 4000 completed and returned Chlamydia tests by young people aged 16-24 between the 25th January and 22nd March 2010 in Cambridgeshire will receive a cinema voucher. However if you wish to opt out of the draw you can contact the Cambridgeshire Chlamydia Screening Programme on 01480 418666.
Terms & Conditions for Peterborough Cinema Voucher Promotion
To be eligible to receive a Cinema voucher you must be:
1) between the age of 16 to 24 years old;
2) reside in Peterborough;
3) have completed and returned a Chlamydia Screening test, requested through the
www.cambstakeatest.com website or any service offering chlamydia screening as part
of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Chlamydia Screening Programme; and
4) have received a 'negative' or 'positive' result from the test carried out on
your sample.
The promotion will run from 22nd February 2010 to 22nd March 2010 in Peterborough.
A full address, postcode, date of birth and contact information must be included on the test request form to ensure your participation in the voucher promotion.
Those who receive an 'insufficient sample', 'inhibitory' or 'equivocal' result from the test carried out on their sample will be asked to repeat the test in order to qualify for their cinema voucher. Anyone who submits a sample which is not received by the laboratory will be asked to repeat the test in order to qualify for their cinema voucher.
The Peterborough Chlamydia Screening Office will issue a Showcase Cinema voucher to the first 2,000 people that satisfy the criteria outlined above starting on 22nd February 2010.
The voucher will be posted to the person whose name and address is included on the chlamydia screening test request form. This will be sent within 1 week of the Peterborough Chlamydia Screening Office receiving a 'positive' or 'negative' result for that persons sample from the labs.
The cinema vouchers provided will be for use at Showcase Cinema in Peterborough, and will be purchased by NHS Peterborough for the purpose of this promotion.
The promotion will end either when all the vouchers have been allocated or on 22nd March 2010.
Only one cinema voucher will be issued per person during this time.

Cambridgeshire Cineworld directions for using promotional code
On receiving the code the recipient would need to visit the Cineworld website, www.cineworld.co.uk select the their local cinema from the drop down menu, and select the film and date & time they wish to visit/view.
Please note the promotional codes are not valid for 3D films.
Clicking the viewing time for the film selected on the website will take the recipient through to the booking page where the recipient will need to select the ticket type they require and input the promotional code in the designated area.
The recipient would then need to input their details and provide debit card details for identification purposes. No monies will be deducted from the card.
Once the request has been processed, the recipient can then collect their ticket, using the card they registered whilst redeeming the code, from either the ATM machines situated at the cinema or direct from the box office.
You will see there is normally a fee when tickets are purchased on line, the codes we provide you with will be exempt from this charge.
If the recipient wishes to purchase any further tickets in the same transaction as they redeem their code then they will be asked to pay a fee on those extra tickets.

What is a promo code?
A code will allow customers to benefit from the relevant valid promotion currently being run in relation to Cineworld Cinemas.
Where can I use my promo code?
The codes are for use exclusively online and cannot be redeemed at sites.
Can I gain a refund of my promo code?
A refund/reactivation of a promotional code is not available once the purchase has been confirmed. Once the voucher has been used it will become invalid.
Can I change my tickets once I?ve used a promotional code?
Codes only become invalid on confirmation of booking. If you change the number of tickets after you have entered a valid code, but before you have confirmed the booking, the code will remain valid, however you will be required to re-enter it.
My code appears to be invalid, what could the problem be?
There are a numberThere are a number of reasons that this may be the case:
1. The code has been entered incorrectly
2. The code has previously been used and is therefore invalid
3. The code is not valid on that particular performance, or at that particular site
– please refer to the exclusions you received with the code.
4. The code has expired, again please check the original communication
Why do I require a credit card when there is no value on my transaction?
Even if your transaction is at a zero value we still require a credit card to confirm identity when printing from the ATM machine at your local Cineworld. In this case no charge would be applied to your card.

Can I apply more than one promo code per purchase?
This depends on the promotion. In most instances you may apply more than one promo code per booking ? but not to the same ticket.
Will I still have to pay the additional fee applied when purchasing my tickets online?

The code will not be valid for 3D performances or alternative content.
Can I use Orange Wednesday with a promo code?
No, Orange Wednesday can only be used at site, and promotional codes are only available online. You cannot combine the two offerings.
Can I use my Unlimited Card with a promo code?
No, at present Unlimited Cards cannot be used to book tickets online.
